i am still having this bout of flu and sore throat, the feeling really ain't nice, everything you eat seems tastless, and you throat gets dry super fast. anyway i spent the day resting, took my breakfast, medicine and napped. woke up took my lunch and napped yet again. the medicine makes me drowsy, i woke up after awhile, watched the budget speech for awhile, i guess i am more into singapore's politics nowadays, and i heard they are going to remove the estate duty, and pump more money into r&d and education, although i am still totally clueless about what's estate duty, guess will go research on it some day. anyway, after watching the budget for awhile, i got changed and went to yishun, for ahern's bbq at his condo. well it was real boring, the fire did not start out real well, there's not much entertainment except chatting, i did not really eat the food since i am having a bad throat, and i guess the only good part is we get to catch up with old secondary school buddies. anyway, we left about 9pm for toa payoh. had minced pork noodle there, so nice! haha! than went to play pool with kerman, xinjie, bryan and zongyang. and xinjie played a consecutive of 8games without losing, he's supposed to be the "black horse" yet he really played well, i guess what he said makes much sense, " just believe in yourself and focus"
the rest will come into play itself, we played till 1am and cabbed home.
