so i met up with sharon, wenkai, ahern & kerman yesterday, after a uber long time. haha! we first went for dinner at this wan chai hongkong cafe at marina square. ordered seafood "mui fan", i forgot when was the last time i ate " mui fan ", but i think it's super long, and this " mui fan " is nice, the gravy over the rice is sufficient, not too much, not too little. the ingredients are also quite fresh, except for the prawns which tasted like frozen prawns. we also ordered iced milk tea, they serve it in those metal cups we have at home, so it's kinda nostalgic feel. haha!

after that, we wanted to watch juno, but the cinema's packed, so headed for bowling instead. this is the most embarassing bowl experience i had ever, my first game score was 10, i am not sure, i just kept getting the ball into the gutters, so it's super duper paiseh. haha! i did slightly better for the second game, about 50 i think. although i think i could have done better, the previous time i played, i scored about 89 or something. hahah, this what they called practice makes perfect, how true.

so after bowling, kerman and ahern left, so we went to suntec to meet weiliang and jielin for dessert at gelare, the service of the servers there is totally of abhore. not that i am against chinese nationals, but they don't understand what we are talking about, we said we want water, she gave us a bottle of distilled water, we ask got those glasses of water, she gave us 5 cups. like what the hell, and she added " this water cost 1.10", we also know need to pay, if not we would not have stepped in right, haha, now on the dessert, although a half waffle, and i got to admit, it's nice, real nice. the waffle is hot, so when eaten together with the ice-cream, the combination is just great!

after that took a bus with jielin and weiliang home.
