went to get my laptop repaired today, apparently there's something stuck under the letter "R" that's why the keypad ain't working well. i am quite pleased with the service staff there, they explained everything i need to know, and want to know and they are very polite as well. good job people! hahah!

went to play pool at pool fusion at bugis after that with xinjie, and i found out that pool is really a very interesting game, it requires concentration, accuracy and most important part, belief. to visualise what you want in the end before you hit the ball. that's kinda important to me getting into the holes.

after that, met edwin, jd and mingtjun at bugis. went to arab street, went to this restaurant serving arabian dishes. well i got to tell you it's my first time eating arabian cuisine, and it's nice, in fact it's nicer than some other cuisines i have tasted. i ordered a 1/2 spice-roasted chicken with rice, and we all shared a "mashawi" ( mixed grill of different types of meats & offals ) this got to be one of the more adventurous eating experience i had, the rice tasted fabulous, it looks like your everyday bryani, but it tastes different, theres a touch of different spice to it, and the chicken is roasted to perfection, you can see that the meat is tender yet firm and it's juicy in the inside, with the gravy over it, it's just yummy! haha! the mashawi on the other hand is a new thing, i tried the sausage, it's not very pleasing to the tounge on first bite, there's this sour and bitter taste, but on biting again, an aroma of garlic and herbs swirls around your mouth, so it's kinda nice afterall, there's also many people smoking the shisha in the restaurant, the shisha is actually the long tube where people smoke tobacco with fragrance. haha this dining experience is not only about the food, but more about the cultural experience.

after that, went to this cafe down the road, ordered some drinks, and sang keree-okee, haha!

the music, the songs, the company of friends, life's little pleasures.
