Happy 43rd National Day to Singapore! Had tuition in the morning, and as the days and months passes, i'm getting more and more worried for my math exam at the end of october, better start revising soon, or rather now!

Met up with Ahern, Kerman, Bert, Hendra, Azri, Mansur, Joanna, Annie and Yaping after tuition at Kallang, headed to Weisheng's house after that for National Day gathering. Most of us were donned in Red & White, hahah! Anyway, we reached his house, put down our things and headed for the pool, played water-polo, damm tiring! And i think i caught a cold after swimming, keep sneezng and it dosen't seem to stop, this feeling sucks!

Anyway after that, we headed up back to his house and started watching the parade. Had a real nice time watching it, sang along with the tunes, and joke and crapped about, i particularly liked the performance from the RSAF Black Knights, their aerobatical show was indeed a crowd stopper, the jets were forming shapes of heart, and it was really nice man. The usual parade thing like the guard of honour and stuffs like that were pretty standard, it's the same every old year.

Walked to kallang river around 7.45pm, overlooking the whole marina bay landscape, we saw the fireworks, it was nice, but nothing of spectacular, i guess the Beijing Olympics really set the bar for fireworks, events like such. I won't say that it's not nice, however it's just too plain and dull, almost the same every year, so not too much of a crowd howler i guess, that's my personal opinion though.

Went to KFC after that and had dinner, chatted with charmaine, joanna, weisheng and vanessa about school and stuffs, and i tried the new variety meal, it's quite worth the money after all, all in one box, hahaha!

Headed back to his condo, rested awhile, took loads of photos, and the gang left, stayed back for awhile with kerman, wanted to watch movie, however flu was really bad, the mucus keep flowing down, and i'm starting to feel that a fever is coming soon! gosh! when holidays are about to start, i'm falling sick! damm! Left home after that!

Tomorrow's community shield, as much as i hope that the devils will not retain the title, i know that it's pretty impossible unless Portsmouth is able to cause an upset which i hope they do, with the help of Utaka, hopefully they would be able to create a miracle and drive the devils down! There's so much to watch on tv now, with the games on going, so many sports events! hee!
