Went to Vivocity with Sharon, Ahern, Yaping, Annie, Bert, Joanna & Meiling to catch Wall-E as Bert has free tickets. The plot is about, quoting from IMDB " What if mankind had to leave Earth, and somebody forgot to turn the last robot off? After hundreds of lonely years of doing what he was built for, WALL*E (short for Waste Allocation Load Lifter Earth-Class) discovers a new purpose in life (besides collecting knick-knacks) when he meets a sleek search robot named EVE. EVE comes to realize that WALL*E has inadvertently stumbled upon the key to the planet's future, and races back to space to report her findings to the humans (who have been eagerly awaiting word that it is safe to return home). Meanwhile, WALL*E chases EVE across the galaxy and sets an adventure into motion. Joining WALL*E on his journey across the universe is a cast of characters including a pet cockroach and a heroic team of malfunctioning misfit robots."

Anyway, i was pretty disappointed with the movie even though it was given huge reviews by movie critics and user comments, with the reason being the movie was a total bore at the beginning 20-30minutes of the show, to put it in simple words, i'm not sure exactly what happened for the first part of the show as all i knew happened was a square thrash looking like machine moving around and a white colour machine moving around as well, there was hardly any conversation in between them. I mean for movies nowadays, i guess it's important to catch the viewers attention in the beginning for them to continue watching on. I can't deny the part when the show it's about to end the whole story got abit more meaningful and even cute at some parts however, overall it's just to shabbily i think, and furthermore if this was a movie to promote environmental awareness and preservation, i think just by watching the first 10minutes of it, you would be dozing off, who would still be thinking about the morale or the notion behind the movie, so overall, i would think it's not a worthwhile watch. But still that's just my personal opinion.

After the movie, met up with Huiyan, than we walked to the rooftop at Vivo, and stayed there and enjoyed the cool breeze and cam-whored there! Kerman came not long after and we went to Mac'Donalds for supper, we had a damm damm funny time there, laughing all the way, and just continued chatting and laughing till around 10.30pm before we all headed back home!
