Reached Kuala Lumpur at 5am today, and the bus journey was pretty good, the bus seats were really comfortable and spacious, stopped over at Yong Peng during the journey and had Mee Rubus, and it was really nice, the gravy was just good, very flavourful!
So after a short nap, went to had breakfast with mum at the nearby Dragon View cafe, ordered this "Lan Mee" which simply means "lor mee" in singapore terms, and as well as wonton noodles. The wonton noodles were really fabulous, it's by far one of the best i've tasted so far, seriously, the "char-siew" were sliced just at the right thickness and it's juicy, and the whole noodle is springy, really good food. A disturbing sight i saw was there was this guy sitting opposite our table, and he just spat on the floor, like that. Turned the total eating mood off, like instantly, luckily we finished our food at that time already.
Headed to Bintang Plaza after that for some shopping, went to Pudra Raya Bus Terminal to enquire about the bus to Genting tomorrow, after that took a cab and headed down to Petronas Twin Towers. Well, by the time we reached there, it's already noon and we wanted to go to the skybrighe, but it's closed. So settled for photos outside the place, walked around before heading to Ampang Plaza for lunch, had japanese meal which was just alright only. Than headed to Berjaya Times Square for more shopping after that, ohmygod! That place is really huge, as in really huge, it's like twice of Vivocity, shopped there for about an hour or so, before we went to take the LRT, or commonly known there as the "monorail", joyride for about 45minutes, and i started to appreciate our local's MRT after the ride in the "monorail", it's like so cramped, there's very few seats, no handle-bars for you to hold on, and the intervals are pretty long.
Went for dinner after that, at the Ship Restaurant. It was this really nice dining ambience somewhere near my hotel, think it's at some Alor street or something. Had escargots for appetisers, and they were really nice, it was the first time trying escargot and i thought it was really nice and juicy, had Sizzling Chicken as the main course, and the chicken was bery tender and the marination was done very well as well, perhaps the disappoinment would be the fries which tasted like raw potato. Had "graveyard" cocktail, and i was a little tipsy after that.
After dinner went to Petaling Street for a walk and shopped once again, bought a couple of stuffs from there, and after being in KL for about a day, i hearby declare that the traffic state is absolutely horrendous! It was a total scare walking through the traffic lights and the roads were practically congested at every junction, it was even scarier to see motorcycles ferrying 3 people, however it was still an eye opener, well at least i dont see such situations back in singapore.
Look at how congested the cars are!

Will be going to Genting tomorrow morning, so i might have a really good chance of seeing Peckhoon, hopefully i get to see her tomorrow! Haha, will be off to watch soccer!
