Lazy lazy sunday, am currently watching the Manchester derby match, and it's pretty boring so far, hoping for a city win or a draw though, and hoping Chelsea could win Arsenal later at Stamford Bridge. Anyway, my Football Manager 2009 is being a bitch, i can't seem to play the game even though i've installed it, i can't find the crack file man. Argh, anyone could help? haha!
I know i shouldn't do this, but i felt really amused at the pots and pans english descriptions. Instead of a "Frying Pan", it was labelled as a "Flying Pan", i was wondering whether could the pan fly upon heat, haha.
Went to Crystal Jade for dinner, and ordered a real lot of dishes which were really really nice. Had Shark's Fin, Garlic Prawns with Rice noodles, Trio Egg with Spinach, Mixed Roast, Vietnamnese Special Chicken, Some kind of mushroom with vegetables, Fried Rice and Red Bean Paste. It was really a filling meal, and i especially loved the prawns, it was very fresh and the whole taste with the garlic and butter was just nice. The shark fin though was abit of a disappointment, it tasted more like stock with prawns, it wasn't really that nice for the shark's fin, or perhaps i'm not really a fan of shark's fin that's why.
Alright, my relatives came over from Shantou, China for a holiday here in Singapore. They came over to our place in the afternoon, and i felt pretty paiseh not being able to speak that fluent teochew with them. Their teochew fluency rate is really excellent, of course being the natives from there, however although i understand teochew, i can't seem to make out what they are speaking at times. Oh, and they were really nice to bring us gifts, they got us these pots and pans which they actually produced it themselves, they have a factory back there in China.
