Alright, Singtel is really driving me up the wall, i can't seem to send out sms, all my messages either get blocked or they would be diverted back into the outbox, i called the customer service hotline in the evening and they said they would rectify the problem in 30minutes, apparently it's been 3 hours, and nothing is still being done! Hopefully, it would be alright by tomorrow!

I've learnt a new thing today, and that's the art of professionalisn, although was feeling sour over it at first, but got over it pretty quickly.
