Went to this Cha Chann Ting for breakfast, had their locally known "gong zai mee" or rather it's just maggi mee with egg and pork chop. It tasted so-so, just the average maggi mee with an added pork chop on top.
After breakfast, we too the MTR, our locally known MRT to Tung Chung, to take a cable car up to Lantau Island. We waited a freaking 3 hours long before we boarded the cable car. I swear it's uber long the wait! But the ride was worth it, the scenery on the way and the magnificent Great Buddha was really a sight worth seeing. Reached Lantau Island, had lunch at this local restaurant, and we had this very nice "mei cai kou rou", "green beans with minced meat" and "fried egg with minced meat".
After the hearty meal, we proceeded the walk to the Tian Tian Great Buddha Statue, we climbed the steps up, and it was really a wonderful view. The whole place is so peaceful and serene, and it's like there's not really any disturbance, like away from the city. Followed that, we went around the Po Lin Monastry and look at the other statues, before making our way down. And we tried this beancurd there, heard from my uncle that it's worldly famous because it uses spring water from the mountains to make the beancurd. Too bad i did not take a photo of it, but still the beancurd was absolutely good, it was very silky and smooth.
Went shopping at Citygate Outlets after that, it's located near Tung Chung Mrt station. There's alot of factory outlet brands from Adidas, Nike, Polo Ralph and many more. After shopping, went to place our things back at the hotel. Then we headed For Ladie's Market at Mongkok. The place looks damm scary, it's so crowded and congested, however i tried something never would i thought i would, i tried "Smelly Toufu", and it was really smelly i swear! At first i thought where did the foul smell came from, then i walk further, i saw the signboard "Smelly Beancurd", haha! It tasted better then i thought it would be, it smells smelly, but it doesn't taste smelly. Walked around Ladies Market for awhile before heading back to the hotel.
Day 5

Spent the morning searching for Wife's Biscuit to buy back to Singapore. Did abit of last minute shopping around the area, bought a Chelsea Jersey. Went back to the hotel room and did packing up of the luggage. Left the hotel for the airport. Had a Dim Sum meal and Maxim's Palace before boarding the plane back, and it was really good food. And at 10.30pm. Home Sweet Home! I miss the weather in HK, and it's really super hot here. I've uploaded all the photos in my fb, lazy to upload it here.
