好的也吃,不好的也吃

Haven't been feeling the best of health these days, down with a bout of flu and persistat coughing. Perhaps it's due to the weird climatic changes in the weather, where it has been a mixture of rains and ultra-sunny days these couple of day.

Anyway, i've been killing much of my time through watching hongkong dramas. And now i'm watching this show called ‘溏心风暴’It's basically about this family, and their scuffles and stories that may arise through jealousy, betrayal, and of course about the harmony of the family. It's really a very good show, although i've not watched finished, but from the show, indeed i've learnt a couple of lessons and i just love one of the quotes from the show, ‘家和万事兴’.

‘溏心风暴’

Indeed, in a family there are bound to be problem and scuffles that might arise, but i truly and firmly believe in that harmony breeds wealth and harmony breeds happiness. I'm really glad and happy that i've such a wonderful family. I've got loving parents, a brother who i always quarrel and squabble with but i know he will always be there if i need him, i've got a bunch of wonderful uncles and aunties, who dote on me like how they dote on their own sons, a bunch of great cousins who always used to bring me out when i was young and still care for me and of course a bunch of nephews and nieces who never fail to cheer me up whenever i see them with their actions and cute voices.

In the past, i really emphasize alot on tangible items, i always wanted more money, i always wanted the best gadgets and the best items to show off, in fact i'm sure most of us are guilty of that. Although i can't say that i'm not into tangible items now, but at least i realised the fact that the best tangible item you can get in your life is love. Love is often interpreted as a "boy-girl relationship", and less often as love from family and friends. Perhaps i've not gotten into a relationship before, that's why i could understand the meaning of love from family and friends. You know, they've become such an important piece of my life that it really feels empty and sad to lose any of them.

A quote that i try to live by as much as possible, although i still believe i could do better in this sense. ‘珍惜眼前所有,不要留下遗憾’.
