Friendship

I remember a couple of months back, i was having this conversation with friends on the topic of friendship, and how our views on this actually evolve through the years. Remember those days in primary school where we used to catergorise our friends in sections like "Best Friend, Good Friend, Normal Friend", coming to think of it, it's actually pretty hilarious.

Than we move on to secondary school years/tertiary education years, where we start to develop a more stable and rigid kind of friendship, and i'm glad to say that i've met a really wonderful bunch of people during this period. "Jongkers" and the class clique when i retained back in 07, w45m-ers, it is really amazing meeting people in your life who would be able to share the joys and sorrows, comfort you in times of need and cheering you in times of difficulties.

Though said that, i've met my fair share of bad experiences of friendship as well. I wouldn't really consider them bad friendships, but i would just say that it's the experience. Because without these people, i wouldn't know how practical the world is, without these people i wouldn't know how one could actually blindside in a way, yes i was pretty pissed at times of those moment, but thinking back now, i'm really glad to have seen and met these people for they taught me a valuable lesson in life, and that is the matter of trust. Where some of us place it too easily on people to get it lost in the end. But now, my take is that "Love everyone, trust a few"

You know sometimes it isn't about how much you say you would do but rather it's more of what you do. And it could be just a simple phone call, to hear the other party's voice that someone is willing to listen you and that actually warms your heart. And i would just like to say, thank you guys for always being there for me, being my late night phone chat buddies, my walking home companions from school, my activities parters, my support and trust, once again thank you guys!
