Goodbye Guus!

Watched last night's 2-0 victory over blackburn with brilliant goals from malouda and anelka. And with that match ended, it was also caretaker manager, Guus Hiddink's last home game. It was understandable why the whole crowd at Stamford Bridge were cheering on "Guus Don't Go" from the 2nd half, he has done a fabulous job at Chelsea since the day he took over from Big Phil.

Players who weren't seemed to be performing were gradually returning to their best forms, with the likes of Didier Drogba & Malouda, which had pretty disappointing early season runs. I really respect Guus way of managing the team and the way he plays his game, i think of the most prolific examples of his tactics would be the "never say die" attitude. He's not afraid to make changes, and will change if there's a need, and this could be shown by chelsea's great winning records wins since he came and take charge.

I guess the best farewell gift for the great manager would be of course, to mastermind a victory over the toffees and win the FA Cup.

I am sure Moyes would love to have some roast goose for dinner that evening ;)
