Walked towards the Star Ferry Terminal in the morning. Went to the Harbour View Bridge where you can see the whole of the Victoria Harbour. Went to see the Clock Tower as well, which is located just behind the Harbour View Bridge. Proceeded on with getting the ferry tickets to Central, which is about a 10minutes ferry journey.

Headed for Dim Sum breakfast after that at this restaurant located near the ferry terminal. It has this amazing view of the harbour as well. Anyway, we ordered "Siew Mai", "Har Gau", "Char Siew Pau", "Turnip Cake" and some kind of "Chicken & Mushroom Rice". The food once gain did not disappoint us, the "Char Siew Pau" was the best among all, it's skin is so soft and spongy and the filling inside it is sweet and tasty. The "Siew Mai" was also very good, made with very fresh prawns and meat fillings.

Boarded the ferry and headed to Central. The ferry could be considered an icon of Hong Kong, because it's not those type of air-conditioned ferry that you might think it is, however it's those type of open air, similar to junk-boat kind of ferry, which looks very nostalgia. Reached Central, and boarded a bus to The Peak. The peak gives you a spectacular view of Hong Kong Island, standing at a height of 1810 ft, it gives you breathtaking views of all the tall and rising skyscrapers in the area, and the beautiful harbour views. I loved The Peak alot, standing at the gallery and just seeing those buildings with the cool breeze on your face, it's a pretty nice experience.

Headed down, and proceeded to the Madame Tussauds Wax Museum. At there, it was just a photo-taking frenzy session, and i really meant photo-taking frenzy. There were so many wax figurines of iconic people, from Obama to Brad & Jolie, Saddam, LKY, Beckham and many other more. Took lots of photos there as well.

Went for lunch after that at this cafe or locally known at "Cha Chaan Teng". I had this Baked Pork Chop Rice & "Nai Cha Bing". The Baked Rice was absolutely delicious, in fact one of the nicest i've tasted, if you think swensen's baked rice is very nice, wait till you try this. The cheese on top of the rice melts in your mouth and the pork chop is not to tough for bite, and is just nice and goes very well with the cheese and the rice.
Took the Peak Tram down, took a city tram to Wan Chai, followed by the Golden Bauhinia Square before walking towards Harbour City, as we got tickets to the rooftop of the Harbour City to catch the annual Chinese New Year Fireworks Display. And so we yet queued again, stand in line for about 2 hours before the dazzling display of fireworks started. And i promise you, it's the best fireworks display i've saw ever. If you think that the countdown fireworks we have here in Singapore is good, wait till you see this. A full 23 minutes of dazzling & colourful display, it just makes you really happy watching the whole show and it just makes the whole waiting part of it worth it.
Affectionately known as "Ah Seng", i'm the "happy-go-lucky" kind of person you will expect. An avid Chelsea F.C supporter, who has a liking for good food and drinks with the companion of great buddies.
