Caught this flick last week at Cineleisure, and i must say that i was quite hesistant about watching it at first. I do not have a good impression of asian films, mostly it being "slapstick humour", or "a whole load of CG-effects kungfu films". This film totally differs from most kungfu films in terms of the way it presents itself. There's more emotions that's being played into this show, which is basically depicting the life of Ip Man, who's the master of Bruce Lee. I especially loved the part whereby Donnie Yen was talking to the babarian, and the kid rode out in the bicyle and told the dad, it was really humour at that point. Overall, if you love action-packed films, i think you should give it a go.
Yes Man
Yes Man

Was bringing myself with huge anticipation for this movie, i've seen the trailers, the making of it and basically friends around me who are constantly advertising this movie, including myself. My comments after watching it, Yes, it's a positively-humorous movie, but at some point in the movie, you would be asking yourself "have i watched this scence before", certain parts were repeatetive, and some parts were similar to previous jim carey's movies, wasn't really expecting something like that though, although i still had a good laugh in the end.
